A place where you can truly unwind, relax, and let your mind wander? Then you’ve come to the right place! Whether it’s the outdoor luxury hot tub, indoor hot tub, outdoor shower, or the large Finnish Kota sauna right next to the covered patio—complete with a fantastic Weber Genesis gas grill E-335 and an outdoor refrigerator—or the beach chair in front of a fountain, there’s something for everyone here. Whether it’s biking, table tennis, foosball, or board games, everyone will find something to enjoy. High-quality soft terry cloth bedding and towels are provided to our guests free of charge. Whether it’s a phone or high-speed 200 Mbit fiber-optic internet with a strong Wi-Fi network, everything is available and free to use. You can also use the separate computer with a printer and large monitor, which is available for free use on the ground floor.

Now we’d like to give you a brief glimpse into the holiday home and describe it in a little more detail.

Built in a fantastic location, this exclusive thatched-roof house with three living levels has repeatedly been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. The holiday home, situated on the outskirts of Groß Schwansee near the nature reserve and just a short walk from the beach (approx. 550 metres), offers first-class amenities throughout. The small area where the holiday home is located has limited traffic. Children can play safely on their own and ride their bikes to the beach. There is also a playground in the village. The holiday home is heated with geothermal energy and has a charging station for electric cars. All floors are tiled and feature underfloor heating. The rooms are very tastefully furnished with solid spruce and beech furniture in a country-style design. There are 5 bedrooms—including rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with single beds—2 large bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living/dining area opens onto 2 terraces, one of which (the west-facing terrace) is completely covered with real glass. In the outbuilding, there is a luxury outdoor hot tub by Spa Dimension One (Canada), which is recessed into the ground under a glass roof; here you can enjoy relaxing moments, and every now and then you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea waves. Right next to it is the outdoor stainless-steel hot/cold shower. The carport is enclosed by an electric roll-up door, so the courtyard is private and no one can see inside. Behind it is a HUDORA outdoor foosball table and a Kettler outdoor ping-pong table. Right next to the outdoor hot tub is the large Kota sauna for 5–6 people, equipped with the latest technology. The lower bathroom features an EAGO (Germany) whirlpool tub that offers a relaxing spa experience for two people. There are 2–3 parking spaces available in front of the carport! Two handcarts and toys can be found in the storage room under the carport!
The covered terrace, measuring 8.0 x 3.0 m and featuring real glass, provides ideal shelter for lovely evenings. A barbecue fireplace and a high-quality gas grill, along with various garden chairs and a table, ensure a pleasant atmosphere even in bad weather. A small fountain with lighting and a beautiful beach chair next to it invite you to relax, right next to the covered patio. Six new garden loungers with cushions are available for free use.

In the outbuilding, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and an extra 512-liter French-door refrigerator are available to our guests. The property is completely fenced in, and in the evening, LED ground lights cast a magical glow over the grounds, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
