Modern fully air-conditioned holiday home half on the Baltic Sea.
The interior of the house is bright thanks to the generous window elements. Divided into three living levels, which we would like to introduce to you now:
On the first living level you will find the kitchen and dining area, living area and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). A bathroom with window, bathtub and toilet as well as a cloakroom in the spacious entrance area have also found a place here.
The open kitchen with stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster, blender and much more. The worktop was made of granite. The large and modern wooden dining table with matching chairs forms the center of this area. The light-flooded living area immediately creates a holiday mood. The comfortable leather sofa creates a feel-good atmosphere.
The large TV ensures your multimedia entertainment. Of course there is direct access to the two terraces with garden furniture, two sun loungers and a Weber gas grill. The south terrace has an awning.
The modern staircase with glass wall and handrail leads to the second living level, the glazed rain shower on the second living level offers the ultimate in showering pleasure. There are three separate bedrooms:
One bedroom offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, the other three bedrooms have a view of the pasture.
Closets for the holiday wardrobe, bedside tables with matching lamps and televisions are available in every bedroom.
The special EXTRA: From one of the four bedrooms you can reach the separate children's room via stairs. The children's room has 2 single beds (90 x 200) and an open built-in closet. Two of the four bedrooms have balconies and three of four bedrooms have dressing tables.
The separate utility room is on the ground floor, here you will find the washing machine and a closet. The washing machine can be used at any time.
If you want to be ONLINE on vacation, this is the place for you. WiFi is available to all guests free of charge.
The vehicles can be parked well in the two parking spaces.

The price includes freshly made beds (180 x 200) & towels for all booked guests, dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags. There is NO tourist tax.
