Please Note:

Accessibility: The back door is the primary entry, with three steps up to the deck and one more step into the home. There are two steps up to the front door. The living room, kitchen and a full bathroom are on the ground floor, and that ground floor bathroom is on the narrow side. Both bedrooms, the laundry room and the second full bathroom are on the second floor.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
