All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Discounted rates reflect on-site work for the removal of the sports courts beginning April 7. Please note that current listing images may show the courts prior to their removal.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
