This well-kept roof-only house is located in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, which lies directly behind the dyke near the shrimp cutter harbour and the marina. The North Sea resort of Burhave can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car.

The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor. There is also a bed in the gable for two small children, which can be reached via a ladder. The upper floor can be reached via a room-saving staircase. In addition to the spacious living room, which offers a nice large separate dining area, there is a small, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs. The shower room is also on the ground floor. The garden is completely fenced in from April.

Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn in Burhave or the Frisian beach in Tossens ensure that you will never be bored. The use of the playground offered by the North Sea holiday park is not included in this booking arrangement. The playground may of course be used during a visit to the holiday park's bistro.
