Each studio offers a bright, open floor plan with large windows pouring in natural light, a luxurious premium king BedGear bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens and pillows for deep rest, a full-size queen sofa sleeper (sleeps up to 4 per unit), large nightstands with extension cords for charging, and roll-down blackout shades for complete light control and quiet mornings after PB evenings.
The one-bedroom provides extra privacy and space: a separate bedroom with the same premium king BedGear setup as a true retreat (door for quiet rest), his-and-hers built-out closets for ample, organized storage of clothes, luggage, and beach gear, plus the open living area with queen sofa sleeper and a proper dining table seating four.
Every unit includes a brand-new full kitchen: stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, plenty of storage, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with pods and sugar, cookware, dishes, utensils, and more. The spa-like bathrooms feature a deep tub with sleek sliding glass door, soft-close toilet, hair dryer, and full bathroom essentials.

Before booking our Pacific Beach property, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay:

Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our property is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.

No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property.

Guest Limit - The property is designed to accommodate thirty-six(36) guests comfortably. Please adhere to the guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Check-In and Check-Out Times - Check-in is 3PM. Check-Out is 10AM. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please ask us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Surveillance: There are security cameras on the exterior of the property and located in the shared laundry room to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the property.
