Allow us to introduce: The Lakeview House “Türkis”—with a spectacular view of Lake Diemel included!
This property is modern, comfortable, and child-friendly, yet cosy and inviting. The house is located in the health resort town of Heringhausen, surrounded by nature and a local recreation area with many biking and hiking trails right on its doorstep.
Spanning 100 square metres over two levels, this space offers plenty of room for 6 people plus a baby to feel right at home. For larger groups, the sister property “Rubin” is located right next door.
The upper level features a spacious living/dining area, including a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the foothills of the low mountain range and Lake Diemel—a pure “LakeView,” living up to the name!
Amenities include a game collection, a smart TV with a soundbar, an electric fireplace, and direct access to the large LakeView rooftop terrace with a gas grill. This level also features a cosy bedroom with a box-spring bed and a ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The chic reading nook on the loft serves as a cosy retreat before bedtime or whenever you need a break. All of this simply makes you want to enjoy a long holiday or a short getaway.
On the lower level, in addition to a spacious entryway, there are two more bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed and one with two single beds), as well as a large spa-style bathroom with a sauna, bathtub, and spa shower. In addition, the house features an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second terrace right in front of the lower bedroom.
The “children’s bedroom” with two single beds has a small desk that includes an inductive charging function for your cell phone, offering you the option to set up your “home office” in this wonderful location if needed. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
For the little ones, a portable travel cot and high chair are available.
The house is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies. A central ventilation system ensures a consistently balanced indoor climate. All mattresses are equipped with dust-mite-proof protective covers.
There is a parking space right in front of the house, including an electric vehicle charging station. - Use of the charging station is free of charge for electric vehicle owners renting this property. Bicycle lock-up facilities are available right outside the front door.

A truly beautiful, superbly furnished holiday rental where absolutely nothing is missing!!! It’s always worth the trip—the rooftop terrace is also fantastic, even though the weather wasn’t so great during our stay. It comes with a grill. There’s also a sauna in the downstairs bathroom. So I really can’t recommend it enough.
