I booked this unit and reached out to the host multiple times before check-in but did not receive a response. On the day of check-in, I still had not been provided with any check-in details. At check-in time, I called (since messaging wasn’t working) and left a voicemail. I eventually received a call back and was told the unit was not available due to an issue with a neighboring unit flooding.While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, I was told I should have been notified the day before, which did not happen. Being informed after 4 PM on the day of check-in left me without accommodations, which was extremely stressful.I hope communication improves in the future.
