The ABENDROT holiday rental - Strandvilla Baabe 20 features a spacious living/dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds and TVs, a guest bathroom with a shower, a wellness bathroom including a private sauna, and a wonderfully sheltered balcony facing the setting sun. A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests. Insect screens on the windows keep out unwanted guests. Made-up beds, Wi-Fi, and an underground parking space are therefore always included when renting this property. In addition, a lockable bicycle storage room and two communal barbecue areas are available for your use.
Note: A parking space is available for you free of charge in the underground garage. The clearance height is 1.95 m. — If you are arriving with a larger vehicle or a second vehicle, you can rent an outdoor parking space for 15 EUR per night, subject to availability. The property owners have arranged for the separate parking space rental through a local office.

For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer. The charming, tree-lined beach promenade—with cafes, restaurants, and small shops—runs just around the corner from the beach to the station of the “Rasender Roland,” Germany’s oldest narrow-gauge railway. The wide beach at Baabe is especially popular with families with small children. On this gently sloping beach, the “little ones” can splash about carefree while the “big ones” relax without a care in the world. On-site recreational activities: swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, biking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, surfing, Nordic walking, and a swimming and water park.

We found a modern, tastefully furnished apartment. Mr. Steinbrink’s cleaning team handed the apartment over to us in spotless condition. I’d especially like to highlight his personal efforts regarding parking and bike storage. The small second room took some getting used to, though. (Difficult to ventilate and very noisy at night due to the hallway.)

Great location, close to the beach, cosy furnishings, great amenities in the apartment (sauna, fireplace, etc.), very good communication with the property management company Quartierfreund; unfortunately, the bathtub/hot tub couldn’t be used because it was broken
