With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests, you’ll have room to spread out, plus a backyard hot tub for winding down after a day out on the island.

Spend your mornings on the balcony with coffee, your afternoons exploring local favorites, and your evenings grilling out back, playing a quick round of darts in the garage, and soaking under the stars.

THE HOUSE

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that makes it easy to hang out together. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home, and there’s a laundry room just off the kitchen with a washer and dryer for guest use.

The dining table seats 5, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The living room is spacious with multiple seating areas, a TV with streaming services, books, and a wine bar.

● Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite bathroom (spacious walk-in shower) + direct backyard access

Garage access:
There’s an entry through the garage to the backyard, and the garage includes a dartboard and cornhole for extra fun between outings.

SECOND FLOOR

Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite plus two additional guest bedrooms.

● Guest bedroom: Queen bed + TV with streaming
