Tucked away in a quiet corner of Fernandina Beach, this 4,500 sqft waterfront stunner is built for unforgettable gatherings. Master bedroom, two en-suites, a bedroom with twin beds, home office, theater room, pool facing a nature preserve set the stage for sunrise serenity and glowing sunsets. Our home is nestled in a quiet, authentic slice of Old Florida. While the approach has a rugged, lived-in character that reflects the area’s local history, you’ll find that it quickly gives way to a private, high-end sanctuary. It’s a peaceful 'hidden gem' where safety and luxury meet the serenity of the coast.

CAPACITY

Up to 8 guests can enjoy the privacy of dedicated bedrooms, while additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room or on queen size murphy beds in the office or in the downstairs theater room.

THE UPPER LEVEL

After heading up the entry stairs, you’ll reach the main living area.
The West Wing: To the left, you’ll find the Master Suite, featuring stunning views and a cozy reading nook with a view. Nearby is a private office equipped with a corner desk and dual monitors—perfect for remote work with a lush view. If needed, a queen size murphy bed can be set up here for an extra guest.
The Heart of the Home: To the right of the stairs, you’ll pass the dining room. Centrally located is our fully equipped kitchen, ready for entertaining no matter what occasion you are celebrating.
The Guest Wing: Continuing to the "East Wing" (our favorite part!), you’ll find a second living area with a TV, a gorgeous marsh view, and a pull-out couch.
Guest Bedrooms: Past the second living area are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. One overlooks the marsh, while the other faces the vibrant greenery of the yard. A fourth bedroom features two single beds and a large TV; guests in this room use the full guest bathroom located just down the hall.

THE LOWER LEVEL

The ground level serves as a dedicated movie theater/playroom and gym. This space offers direct access to the pool deck, garage, and includes a conveniently connected bathroom. This room can also be set up to sleep another 2 guests on a queen size murphy bed if requested. Also, a couple of floor mattresses is available as needed.
Please note that the salt pool is not heated.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

While we take care of all professional cleaning, we provide dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and cleaning products in the laundry room should you wish to tidy up during your stay.

THE DOCK

The dock is a shared amenity with two of our neighbors and is not part of the private rental. Please be respectful of their space and privacy if you choose to use it and they are around. A liability waiver for pool and dock use will need to be signed as soon as entering the property.

NATURE PRESERVE

Our home is nestled within the beautiful protected Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve. We share the area with birds, dolphins, racoons, armadillos, deer, and local wildlife. Please observe wildlife from a distance and we ask that you be mindful of the environment. Littering is strictly prohibited and subject to significant fines by local authorities.
As this is a lush marshland area, local insects (like mosquitoes and noseeums) might be present, especially at dawn and dusk. We provide bug spray for your convenience when necessary.

PETS

We love furry friends! You are welcome to bring them, provided you pick up after them. Poop bags are provided on the pool deck.
