Very beautiful, cosy house "Nueva Playa", renovated in 2021. In the district of La Playa de les Deveses, in the resort 5 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 10 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 170 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We appreciate the feedback, as we continue to make improvements to our
services and holiday properties.
The cockroaches have been invasive all across Denia this year, from
which the municipality have activelly fumigated several times.
The owner have also done their own fumigation both internally and
externally throughout this house. In any case, this property is
constantly checked thoroughly and our colleagues have not seen any
cockroaches recently. We would like to encourage guests, that whatever
the case, should problems arise during a stay, please notify the
keyholder immediately for a quick resolve to be provided.

La antena de la tv no funcionaba y se debería indicar que la recogida y entrega esta a 17km y corre a cuenta del inquilino. Además el aparcamiento es en la calle, no dentro de la propiedad.
