Sleeping within walls dating back to the 1500s and 1600s is a truly unique experience. Ca' dei Gruppi is the family home of Ivo and Maria, lovingly restored and lived in for generations: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven, and the soul of old Liguria await you in the Ligurian hills, just minutes from Portofino, Rapallo, and Chiavari.



This 350 sqm villa spans three floors in a building partly from the 14th and partly from the 16th century, fully renovated. It accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, and a second fireplace in the tavern. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls (indoors and outdoors), a dedicated workspace, TV in every bedroom, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children’s games and books, a baby cot, and fitness equipment.



Upon arrival, Ivo and Maria will welcome you with a taste of their homemade olive oil and Vermentino wine—a small gesture to make you feel at home. They’ll be happy to recommend local trails, beaches, and restaurants.



Outside, enjoy a large private garden with a slate table, wood-fired oven and stove for pizza and roasts, an open terrace, two covered terraces, and balconies with mountain views.



There are 4 shared parking spaces, an electric charging station, and storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. No smoking. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The coast of Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino is within easy reach. Genoa, with its historic center, aquarium, and port, is nearby. The Cinque Terre can be reached by train from Sestri Levante or by boat. Ca' dei Gruppi awaits you!
