Built in 2021, this superbly equipped vacation home with pool is located in Makarska. The house is fully air-conditioned and consists of a first floor with fitness room and entertainment room with billiards, table soccer, darts, the 1st floor with living room, kitchen and dining room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. All floors are connected with an interior staircase.



Refreshment on warm summer days can be found in the attractive pool in front of the house and in the jacuzzi with panoramic views of the sea and the islands. Look forward to social hours and culinary delights at the barbecue on the spacious terrace.



Makarska is a charming town at the foot of the mountains directly by the sea. Here, sun worshippers, active vacationers and culturally interested people alike will get their money's worth.

We loved this house and our high expectations were truly exceeded.

We loved this house and our high expectations were truly exceeded. We arrived very late on a Sunday evening and the host had surprised us with fruit and refreshments in the fridge, which we really appreciated. The house was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and we lacked nothing. When we had a problem with the water in the hot tub due to the hot weather, it was fixed right away. The landlord was fantastically nice and accommodating. Was also quick to respond when we had questions. 500 meters from the house there was both a large grocery store and a meat shop. Really recommend this house and would love to comeback back!
