Smoking Policy:
Island Royale is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on all balconies. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor grilling area. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or HOA fines.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Local boarding and kennel options are available nearby.

Parking:
Island Royale allows up to 2 vehicles per reservation. Parking passes are required for each vehicle and must be displayed in the windshield during your stay.
Parking passes are purchased directly through the building upon arrival. Simply stop by the security desk onsite, provide your unit number and reservation name, and they will assist you with issuing your passes.
