Everything was great for us except the upstairs occupants. I know that isn't the owner's fault, it just goes with being on the first floor of a 3 level unit. But starting around 8pm both nights, the people upstairs either auditioned for Carolina Beach's step dance team or needed to get all their steps in, for 3 hours. But this was a great location and we loved the fact we could rent for 2 nights.

Sorry for the delayed response. Apologies for the noisy neighbor. The unit directly above us is a vacation rental as well and from time to time you'll get an inconsiderate or just oblivious guest that stomps for whatever reason. Its not often but it does happen. My wife and I stay there quite a bit as we live close by and enjoy the beach and the view and honestly its normally very quiet there, other than the breaking waves! If you'd like to come back and stay with us again, please reach out to me and I will make sure we offer you a discount next time around. Regards, John
