Finca Can Simonet is located on a plot of 17 hectares in the village of Es Llombards and was completed in 2010. It is close to several beaches, including Cala Llombards and the famous Es Trenc beach. The 190 m² finca has a spacious living/dining room with dining table with chairs and a cozy sofa corner, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT TV, air conditioning, osmosis drinking water treatment and a fireplace. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request.
In the spacious outdoor area of the finca you will find a pool (12 x 5 m), an outdoor shower and terrace with sun loungers and parasols without direct neighbors. On the covered terrace there is a summer kitchen with a cozy dining area, oven and barbecue. Here you are undisturbed. Enjoy freshly prepared meals with a view of the pool and the spacious garden. From the balcony you have a great view over Es Llombards to Ses Salines. In the garage you will also find a table tennis table.
To the quaint village of Es Llombards with its nice cafes and restaurants it is only 5 minutes by car (2.7 km). In Santanyí, only 8 minutes away by car, you will find a market where you can get fresh vegetables and Mallorcan oranges from the Soller valley. There you will also find numerous shopping opportunities, such as small stores, fishmongers, pastry shops and supermarkets. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself, discover the high quality gastronomy in the southeast of Mallorca. The accommodation is located near several beaches and coves around Santanyí. Highly popular with guests is Cala Llombards and s'Amarador bay (12 minutes by car, 7 km). The region offers a variety of recreational activities, including boating, golf, kite surfing, mini golf, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, sailing, diving, tennis or hiking. You will also find several wine merchants and wineries in the immediate vicinity. The airport of Mallorca is 50 km away. You can reach it in 45 minutes by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property. For your car there is a large underground garage (164 m²). Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is charged separately on site. If you arrive after 8pm, your hosts will provide a shopping service upon request.
