Pet Policy

This condo is NOT pet friendly, Owner may possibly consider a small dog for a snowbird stay, with prior approval. A pet sleeve is required for each approved pet and must be purchased during registration. The fee is $150 per pet at the time of booking, which covers stays of 1–7 days, with an additional $5 per day for longer stays.

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Resort Registration

​​​​​​​Every unit rental reservation must register and pay the required resort fee of $55 for armbands and one vehicle. An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35 at the time of registration. Armbands are required to be worn while on property.
