The apartment Marta is located on the 1st floor with view to the lake, on the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view, it has about 35 sqm. The garden is for everyone, you can always find a place with privacy, because the garden is around the house. The balcony terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture. Modern kitchen with all accessories, the bedroom is integrated into the living room, the bathroom is very modern and equipped with shower with glass walls. A villa designed and managed by women! But all are welcome: couples, friends, families. For each constellation we can offer a suitable accommodation. Everyone can bring someone with them: Friends, grandma and grandpa. Always with the concept: "Thought of everything" Located in a quiet residential area, but almost directly on the waterfront with beaches, cafes, and restaurants. From the house you can do everything necessary and pleasant on foot. This is unusual for a resort. Smarthome! Swimming, walking, shopping, culture , poetry readings, flower markets, music evenings, history, gym, shopping....... The house is surrounded by a landscaped and well-kept garden with a small pool. Bathing you go to the beaches so close, but now and then a little refreshment or jump for fun still in the shared water pool in front of the house, adds to the joy and well-being. The beaches are so close, you could reach you in your bathrobe, and so swim before breakfast.
