Our family loved having all the games in the backyard. It felt like our own private resort. Kitchen was stocked really well with tools and utensils. Very clean also.

Amazing property our family had such a great time. There were days we never left the property. All the comfort and entertainment you could ask for all in one place. Pool was great and late night pickle ball tournaments were something to remember. The host was amazing, responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

Rental was exactly as pictured. My family of 6 stayed here. Myself, my wife and kiddos ages of 19, 17, 9, 7. Backyard and game room was a major hit for all! Both bathrooms were very nice, for anyone with small kiddos- both had shower heads & handhelds! The house indoors & outdoors seemed to be brand new, but assuming remodeled based upon neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. House was about 20-25 minutes from Amelia Island public beach. Plenty of food options near the house as well as groceries. Would highly recommend to anyone with kiddos and/or a small group looking for a FUN place to stay. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely check the availability here first. Thank you!
