Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Greider" 210 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, gondola lift 3.8 km, skisport facilities 3.8 km, ski rental 3.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000, Möslbahn 3.8 km, Zillertal Arena 10 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Dengg", 3-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
