Designed for gathering, it features open living spaces, a chef’s kitchen, 2 lounges, Smart TVs, and a large deck with golf views. Enjoy beach gear, ping-pong, outdoor shower, and ensuite bedrooms. Minutes to beaches, dining, Freshfields Village, and Bohicket Marina—perfect for relaxing and reconnecting.

Step inside to a bright, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, light oak floors, and beautiful natural light throughout. Spacious great room, comfortable seating with 64" Smart TV and game table for 6.

A second cozy den with reclining leather seating and 55” Smart TV. Ideal for movie nights or kid's gaming (bring own devices)

Expansive kitchen with Granite Countertops, stainless steel appliances, 7 foot island, breakfast bar for 5. Fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces & small appliances. Double ovens, warming drawer & 5-burner gas cooktop.
Oversized refrigerator, wine cooler & ice machine. Keurig + drip coffee makers.

Just beyond, a beautiful round dining table (seats 10+) is surrounded by windows and serene outdoor views.

All 5 bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and hair dryers. Every bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy—perfect for groups and families.

Step out onto the oversize back deck with scenic golf course views. Weber gas grill, dining table, lounge chairs and 2 chaise loungers to relax under the shade of the trees.

We’ve made beach days easy and enjoyable. The following is provided for making beach days easy: Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a cooler and beach wagon. Outdoor shower is ideal for washing off the sand from a day at the beach.

Ping-pong table in the garage for added fun.
