The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.

The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Folly Beach. Beach access is just a short walk away and the beach itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, Having the elevator was really helpful - especially when bringing in luggage and groceries. One note: the elevator does not go to the suite on the top floor. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for someone with mobility issues who is planning on sleeping in the top floor suite. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We could see/hear the beach and there is always a nice breeze. It was wonderful for our morning cup of tea and evening cocktails. If we ever make it back to Folly Beach, we would stay here again.

This was our first time at this property as our family had outgrown our previous property. To say it exceeded our family’s expectations would be an understatement.The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Great views of the ocean (the pictures don’t do them justice), and just a couple of blocks from Bert’s Market and Center Street, about a 6 minute walk. And beach access is literally 1/2 block away if not less. House has all the amenities you’ll need plus some. And the elevator is a great feature. We had my wife and I, our 4 adult children and their spouses and our 2 grandbabies, ages 6 and 8 months, and everyone had their private space. The open living room and dining area accommodated us all easily. And the 3rd floor porch was our evening gathering place.Kate was great in communicating with us, and very accommodating with any request.We will definitely be back!!!!

The home has an elevator that runs from the ground to the first and second floors. The elevator is virtually silent, which is a huge plus compared to other homes we have stayed in where the sound of the elevator during operation is noticeable.

The house comfortable sleeps 12 people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very spacious.
