Please make sure to dispose of all trash and refer to the manual for disposal location. Undisposed trash will result in a $150 disposal fee.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked. Make sure all lights and TV's are off. Please set AC to 78 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter.
Please make sure all fireplaces and grills are off and cleaned for next guest. A cleaning fee will apply if not cleaned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
