All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person that books the Stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) for the rental of the vacation rental property specified in the reservation confirmation (the “Property”) is between myBeach Vacation Rentals (“Host”), acting for itself and the owner of the Property (“Owner”), and the person who is the responsible renter of the Property (hereinafter referred to as “Guest” or “You”) and shall enter into effect upon signature by both parties below.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
By booking this reservation, Guest fully agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies of this Agreement, including the cancellation policy and any Property-specific terms and instructions (collectively, the “Terms”), whether by execution below or by booking the property through a third-party marketing channel
2. RESPONSIBLE GUEST & MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age to rent the Property is stated in the unit-specific house rules. As the booking person, the Guest agrees to be an occupant of the property for the entire duration of the stay. Minors under 18 are not to be left unchaperoned at the Property. Guest agrees to be solely responsible for the actions of all occupants present at the Property at any time during the stay and to ensure that all occupants understand and comply with the terms of this Agreement.
3. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
● Check-in is 4:00 pm
● Check-out is 10:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior authorization. Late departures without prior authorization may be subject to a late departure fee.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in the reservation confirmation and is in effect 24 hours a day for the duration of the booked stay.
5. RESERVATION PAYMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT & CHARGE AUTHORIZATION The total price due as itemized in the reservation confirmation is payable as follows:
● 30% of the reservation total price is due at the time of booking to reserve the rental property with the total remaining balance due 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date.
● 100% of the reservation total price is due at the time of booking for reservations made 30 days or less prior to the confirmed check-in date.
● Guest shall provide a valid credit card account (“Guest Account”) and represent that Guest is the authorized user of the account. Guest consents to the Guest Account being charged as defined herein and to the Guest Account being held on file for the purposes of a security deposit. Guest is liable for and authorizes Host to bill the Guest account for (a) any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during occupancy; (b) up to $500 for violations of the pet policy including bringing more pets or different types than authorized; (c) any excessive cleaning fee required by the acts or omissions of any occupant during occupancy; or (d) any fines issued by police, utility providers or agencies for violation of any law, ordinance or rule during occupancy.
● All payments must be made with a valid VISA, MasterCard, or debit card.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
● All reservation changes must be submitted in writing to the Host.
● No refunds of any monies paid for no-shows, early departures, or cancellations less than 14 days before the check-in date.
● This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest, and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of a refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages, or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.
7. HOUSEKEEPING OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES
● Guest agrees to check the Property thoroughly upon check-in and immediately report any housekeeping, maintenance, or other concerns to the Host for resolution and to ensure the Guest is not held responsible.
● Guest agrees to allow Host a reasonable amount of time to address any reported issues and will allow Host or its representative to enter the Property at reasonable times with reasonable notice to make inspections or repairs deemed necessary by Host.

10. HOT TUBS AND POOLS (where applicable)
Guest acknowledges and accepts that regularly scheduled hot tub or pool maintenance may occur during Guest’s stay and agrees to allow access.
11. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
● Additional guests, groups, events, or parties are NOT allowed. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am. Adherence to maximum occupancy and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced.
● Guest and all occupants agree to treat the property with the same care used with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
● Guest and all occupants agree to close and lock all doors and windows when not present at the property and upon check-out.
● Guest and all occupants agree to conduct themselves throughout the booked stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community, and that will not prompt complaints from police or neighbors.
