We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, and the landlord carried our suitcase to the third floor. We were allowed to put our bags in the apartment before check-in time to explore the city (in the meantime, the apartment would be cleaned). We returned later to officially receive the key. This was nice. The location of the apartment was good. We did not see in the accommodation details which floor it was on or whether there was an elevator. We did not see an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, it is good to know this. Furthermore, the apartment was disappointing. Upon entering, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke, even though the reservation stated that smoking was not allowed in the apartment. There was also a (clean) ashtray in the room. Upon returning after a day in Budapest (on the day of arrival), we saw that it had been cleaned, but we still found it very dirty. We believe there was mold on the walls in the bedroom and also on the cabinet (see photos). The bottom of the shower curtain was also very dirty. There was still a lot of dust on the headboard of the bed. There were also large spiderwebs. The bathroom door was broken (the bottom hinge was missing) and therefore could not close properly. Also, a kitchen cabinet door fell off when we opened it (after that, we left the other kitchen cabinets alone). We were lucky that the weather was very nice, so we could stay outside for a long time
