Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen in der 1. Etage. Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Parkplatz am Haus. Bäcker, Cafe und Strand kann man ohne Auto erreichen.

Schönes Appartement in nettem Dorf amSee

Das Appartement in dem netten kleinen Ort Gemignaga direkt neben Luino ist sehr ruhig glegen, aber gleichzeitig ist man schnell bei einer kleinen Bar für den ersten Cappucino und hat auch andere kleine Läden in der Nähe. Auch ansonsten ist das Appartment für einen Urlaub zu Zweit gut geeingnet. Zum selber Kochen fehlen leider fast alle Kochuntensielien, die man zum Kochen braucht (E-Herd und ein paar klein Töpfe vorhanden, ansonsten nur Essensbesteck und abgezähltes Geschirr).

Ruhig gelegen - sehr sauber

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Weg in die Stadt ist kurz, ca. 10 Minuten. Abwicklung bei Ankunft und Abfahrt problemlos. Obwohl wir nur das Frühstück zubereiteten und nicht kochten, war die Kücheneinrichtung recht sparsam, keine Weingläser, kein Flaschenöffner. Wer nicht kocht, kommt zurecht.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr autentisch, sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt etwa 150 m vom See entfernt im alten Dorfkern von Germagnaga.Es gibt mehrere Kaffes, Restaurants, eine Metzgerei fussläufig zu erreicehn. Der Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. Am See kann man wunderbar baden. Hinten raus mit Sicht auf den Obstgarten. Wir durften sogar reife Früchte pflücken zum Mitnehmen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
