Experience lakeside living at its finest in this beautifully designed home featuring a luxurious Master Suite with a King bed, private ensuite bath, and a balcony overlooking the serene private lake. Two additional bedrooms each include a comfortable queen bed and share a spacious full bathroom. The sunroom with its own entrance, A/C unit and day bed, acts as the 4th bedroom. Wake up to the best view in the house. This is a preferred spot for any nature lovers!

Enjoy an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room—all designed to showcase breathtaking lake views.

Guests have full access to the house, courtyard and dock areas. However, the garage is not included in the listing. Please park in the driveway.

● Garage use is not permitted. All vehicles
must park in the driveway
● No candles, incense, or open flames
● No diving in the lake
● All guests near the water should wear lifejackets
● The shore of the pond is restricted to this property line which extends to both corners on the house side of the lake. All other shoreline is private property and is strictly prohibited
