Die Sonnenkoje ist eine sehr schöne Fewo - allerdings ist die Raumaufteilung etwas unpraktisch. Das Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche ist ziemlich klein, dafür das zweite Schlafzimmer im OG relativ groß und geräumig ( Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Küchenutensilien dürfte bei diesem Preis besser sein. Die Lage der Fewo ist super. Wir sind jetzt das dritte Mal hintereinander in SPO gewesen, davon zweimal bei Koch &Co.
