Welcome to the heart of Playa del Carmen, where you will be 1 block from the beach and the vibrant energy of 5th Avenue is only 2 blocks away. Staying in this prime location means you’re just steps away from Mamitas Beach, one of the most famous and lively beaches in the Riviera Maya. It is known for its soft white sand, warm turquoise waters, and world class beach clubs. Perfect for a group or family. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. This is a 3-bedroom condo on the second floor of a 6-unit building. This condo is the penthouse unit of the building and has 3 levels with 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a full kitchen, a living room, and dining area. There are also two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this first floor. The second floor has the master bedroom with your own personal pool and deck right outside the bedroom. From the pool deck area there are stairs up to the 3rd upper deck with a full functioning sink with running water and four lounge chairs.
