I want my guests to know that I truly care about this home and the experience you have while staying here. Alice’s House has been part of my life for decades, and I take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest.
I respect your privacy and want you to feel at home, but I’m always available if you need anything or have questions about the area. My goal is simple—to give you a peaceful, relaxing place where you can unwind and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer

Why they chose this property

I didn’t choose this neighborhood—it chose me. My grandparents retired here, and after growing up spending my summers here, I never wanted to leave.
It’s truly spectacular—quiet, private, and surrounded by nature and wildlife. No crowds, no noise, just peace, fresh air, and the kind of setting that instantly helps you slow down and unwind.
It’s a hidden escape, and that’s what makes it so special.

What makes this property unique

What makes Alice’s House unique is its simplicity. This isn’t a place filled with distractions—it’s a place to truly unwind. While you won’t find hot tubs or saunas, you will find a clean, cozy home designed for comfort and relaxation.
Surrounded by woods and nature, the property offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that’s hard to come by. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy the fresh air, sit by the fire, and reconnect—with nature, with loved ones, or just with yourself.
Located only minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack and Promised Land State Park where you can bring your own kayaks rowboats paddle boards or there are many places to rent those items.
Simple, authentic, and genuinely relaxing—that’s what makes Alice’s House special.
