Experience Pensacola like a local in this 1-bedroom guesthouse! The space is cool and comfortable, featuring a cozy queen bedroom and a walk-in shower bathroom. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator/freezer and full size washer/dryer, microwave, table top oven, toaster, coffee pot and blender. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, you will adore this space! The gated patio is a nice addition of space with a high top table/chairs, two comfy wicker chairs next to gas grill. A nice bonus is a chiminea with stocked wood for an evening fire. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

It is one of the original cottages in this now country club community surrounded by million dollar homes. Beautiful walkable neighborhood surrounded by Pensacola Bay!

As stated, this house was in ruins when we purchased it in 2022. We brought it back to life with our blood, sweat and tears. The main house is also listed on VRBO (3/2)..1939 Beauty. Check it out! No shared spaces, no access to main unit!
