Flamingo Pad: Dog Friendly, Downtown, Pensacola Beach!

Welcome to our East Pensacola Heights “Flamingo Pad”. A two-bedroom, one-bath cottage that features lots of natural light and original hardwood flooring. Bring along your four-legged friends (pet fee required)- they are sure to enjoy the large, fenced backyard while you relax in our patio furniture and enjoy the gas grill! My brother is the gardener. If you enjoy organic veggies, fruits, etc I can arrange a tour of his pride and joy, located directly behind the Flamingo Pad. Just minutes from Downtown Pensacola where we’re known as the “Festival City of the South”, there is always something to do. With easy access to I-110, be sure to head over to Pensacola Beach and Naval Air Station while you’re here! Please make sure to pay the pet fee of $100; if a pet stays with us undisclosed, a penalty fee of $100 is charged to your account.

East Pensacola Heights is a fantastic neighborhood to walk, run, bicycle. People are friendly. We have Apple Market grocery, New Your Deli, Magnolias and Jerry's (southern cooking). Walking distance to Texar Bayou, to view beautiful sunsets.

This is my personal home, with a Doxie in residence. However, we will not be here when you have reserved the home. Complete fenced in back-yard makes us dog friendly! Huge garden "Food Forest" behind home, belongs to my brother. My Home is Your Home!

Contactless check-in. Don't hesitate to contact me, if you need anything. When I am in town, I will be staying in the mom's home directly behind this cottage.

One bedroom is locked off, as it is used for a home office. The rest of the home is all yours, no sharing with anyone else.

Loved it! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, adorable roomy cottage, beautifully landscaped front and backyard- great for dogs and kids. Walk a couple of blocks to restaurants and coffee shop, 5 min drive to downtown, and less than 15 min to Pensacola beach (the drive is beautiful crossing over 3 bridges). Easy check in and out and responsive host. Will be back!

Cozy and Clean

The house was very nice and the yard was great. Our 4 legged friends loved the fenced back yard and playing with Boots next door. The neighbors were quite friendly, also. It was a nice size for the two of us along with our 2 dogs.

Comfortable and great location

This was a great place to stay with two dogs that require a ton of exercise. The fenced in yard and friendly dog neighbor was great for my dogs as well as the nearby parks and dog friendly beaches. We had a fantastic time and will come again!

Great Cottage

Perfect quaint location to Downtown. Loved the dog friendly environment and large back yard to convene at the end of a tennis day. Will stay again for the next tournament!

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets.
