My husband and I moved from Snoqualmie, WA to the Arizona sunshine in 2021 when we retired. We live in Surprise and enjoy all this area has to offer. So many restaurants, golf courses, hikes, baseball training camps, and opportunities for entertainment. Never a dull moment living in Surprise. Close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, a two hour drive to Sedona, Tucson and a four hour drive to the Grand Canyon.

We have enjoyed renting our condo for the last 4 years and are now excited to offer it as a vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

Location-location-location! This gated community has a large heated pool, hot tub, club house with includes a full kitchen, tables for cards and games, two gym areas, a library, and a theatre room. The condo is a ground floor unit with a designated covered parking space. Within a half mile are grocery stores, shopping, resturants and within a mile is Del Webb Banner hospital. Within 2 miles are the baseball training camps. Hiking at the White Tanks is a 15 minute drive.
