This was the perfect cozy house for our family of 5. Great location to all the things on our agenda. The game room provided us with a family game night that my 13 yr old said was her favorite part about out 10 day vacation. It was clean, super easy communication, beds were comfy, and the coffee area was great.

Very cute, lovely home. Centrally located from all types of fun. Kroger grocery and great restaurants near by. Game room was a fun perk. Full of board games for all ages.

This place was incredible! The space, the beauty and such a magnificent location! The host was prompt to respond to all messages! The game room was great but we didn’t really get to enjoy it. We also enjoyed all the planes overhead. The front porch with your morning coffee was phenomenal! There are no words for this. It’s a must if you need a place to stay!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

This is a beautiful property to stay at. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was as pictured - very up to date, clean and welcoming. Lots of space to gather. A great little sunroom to enjoy with coffee, tea, or hot chocolate in the morning. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent. The basement game room was an added bonus and well stocked with games. The owner supplied amenities were top notch. The neighborhood was nice and had friendly neighbors. We walked from the house to get dinner each night nearby - some great places to eat are close. Truly a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this home and hope to return!

While half of the block on this street looked questionable, the half that this house is situated appears nicely updated and friendly. The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with the necessities the four of us needed. The game room and puzzles were a great plus as was the close proximity of the house to all parts of Louisville. The house was very clean and easy to get in and out. The upstairs wall A/C unit was perfect for the daytime heat and doable to not use during the June evenings. We loved the back room for evening chats and morning coffee. The host replied in a timely manner and accommodated our arrival. Thank you for hosting us for our girls’ weekend!

This house is so bright and cute! The decorations are sweet and simple. The furniture and household items are modern. The house had no air fresheners or Febreeze smells-THANK YOU!! The coffee/sun room was cozy, the whole house was cozy. The game room was stocked full of fun games for the entire family and the pac man have was awesome! We celebrated a graduation with out of town family so the large dinner table and open areas made it perfect for the family dinner. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a lovely time and would absolutely rent it again.
