This 90-square-meter traditional Swedish house, typical of the region, has been carefully renovated with great attention to detail. Care was taken throughout the process to preserve the house’s unique charm. It can accommodate a total of 5 people (max. 4 adults and 1 child). Guests have three bedrooms at their disposal. Two of these feature single beds that can be pushed together, while the third bedroom is furnished solely with a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, invites you to get cooking and enjoy your meal on one of the cozy terraces while breathing in the crisp, fresh sea air. Other amenities include a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a cozy living room with a TV offering German channels, a radio, a CD player, and an open fireplace. Various pieces of patio furniture, a grill, and a private parking spot under a carport round out the offerings of this very well-maintained home. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi access. A beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach is a 10-minute walk away. A swimming pier on the pebble beach is 800 m away. The summer house is located on the Bjäre Peninsula, which is known for its nature reserves. Bastad, a 10-minute drive away, is not only the host of the internationally renowned Swedish Open tennis tournament but is also known as the “Sylt of Sweden.” Torekov, also a 10-minute drive away, is a quaint fishing village from which you can take a ferry to the nature reserve island of Hallands Väderö for a day trip. If you’re a golfer, there are about 20 beautiful golf courses within a 30-km radius.
