The recently updated interior features rich, moody paint tones, accent walls, and a stunning mountain and forest mural that greets you in the entryway—setting the tone for your mountain escape.
The spacious open floor plan makes it easy to gather, relax, and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals after a day of exploring, while the comfortable living area invites you to curl up for a movie or relax with mountain views just beyond the windows.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping spaces and Smart TVs, giving everyone their own cozy retreat at the end of the day.

And when night falls, slip into the hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars—the clear mountain skies here make stargazing unforgettable, and on the right night you may even catch a shooting star.
For those looking to explore, guests are welcome to hike throughout the 13-acre property and up the mountain behind the home. THINGS TO KNOW: Starfall Guesthouse sits on the same 13-acre property as the homeowners’ main residence and offers a peaceful, private space for guests to relax and unwind. The guesthouse is located above the garage and has its own dedicated outdoor area. The owners respect guest privacy and may access the garage during guest stays with notice and will keep guest comfort and privacy in mind. The main home is completely separate and detached from the guesthouse. There are no shared spaces except the driveway up to the home.
There is limited cell phone coverage when traveling on Highway 97/Blewett Pass and at the home. It is strongly recommended you enable Wi-Fi calling when you arrive at the home. Guests should download driving maps offline prior to traveling to the home. Additional driving instructions and photos will be sent to guests the day of check-in to help navigate to the home.
Because this home is located in the Cascade Mountains, wildlife sightings are expected and part of the mountain experience. Guests commonly see deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, and other small wildlife, and occasional sightings of black bears, coyotes, and cougars can occur—typically during evening or nighttime hours. Please help us keep wildlife wild by not leaving food or garbage outdoors and keeping dogs leashed while outside. Bear sightings are possible and they love trash!
DECEMBER THROUGH MARCH Access to this home during winter requires serious preparation. Getting to the home requires driving up a moderately steep hill to reach the front door and parking area.
Because of this, the following are mandatory for all winter guests: ❄️ All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles with clearance ❄️ Tire chains (must be carried in your vehicle per WA state law, under RCW 46 37 420) ❄️ Highly recommended: sand or kitty litter and a shovel for traction in case of ice
Please understand that snow conditions and the snowplow’s schedule may impact your ability to keep fixed-time reservations or appointments. We strongly recommend planning your trip with flexibility, as road conditions can change quickly and directly affect travel times.

This property exceeded our expectations. There is not 1 negative thing I can say. The views, the home, the hot tub, check in... everything is amazing. We will be back. It's close enough to Leavenworth but far enough away from everyone. The peacefulness is worth it.

About the host
Hosted by Sean & Carissa
We are excited to share this vacation home with others who love being at the lake, boating, wine tasting, and weekend adventures just as much as we do. Over the last 15+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others. We hope that through our experiences renting and hosting/managing other vacation rentals, we have built a house suitable for many. In 2020, we established The RPM Group (Reid Property Management) and are honored to add some incredible homes to our vacation rental portfolio: Vacay in WA!
