At nearly 3,000 square feet, there are three separate living rooms that offer alternative spaces for all family members. Downstairs features a full secondary living area that is great for extended families. With Southern Shores Civic Association privileges, you have the opportunity to see another side of the Outer Banks on the Albemarle Sound. Visit one of the three different marinas with boat launching access or simply go to view the sunset. Additional SSCA amenities include beach parking passes, tennis and pickleball courts, soccer, basketball and playground.
