Welcome to the charming holiday apartment "Bellevue" - an approx. 50 square meter oasis on the 3rd floor of a well-kept and quiet apartment building in the picturesque Jürgensby district. From here, the glazed balcony offers a magnificent view of the harbor and the old town in the background, making your stay something special. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and offers a cozy atmosphere.

The small but fully equipped kitchen is cleverly integrated into the living room, where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding area. The separate bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed to guarantee you a restful night.

An elevator in the building ensures convenient access. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Leider haben Sie uns nicht mitgeteilt, was zum Punktabzug geführt hat. Vermutlich liegt es an dem Umstand, dass Sie kurz vor Abreise ein Problem am WC festgestellt haben? HIer ist es immer hilfreich, sofort nach Feststellung Kontakt aufzunehmen, was mit den Eigentümern direkt möglich ist, da die Kontaktdaten in der Wohnung ausliegen.

Wohnung, Ausstattung, Lage , alles Super Das einzige was es vielleicht zu bemängeln gibt ist, man hat keinen Nachweis darüber, das man die Wohnung so verlassen hat wie man sie vorgefunden hat, weil man den Schlüssel im Safe abholen muss und in bei Abreise dort wieder deponiert.

Flensburg FeWo

Die FeWo entspricht dem Internet Angebot. Parkplatz ist wichtig da die FeWo in einem Wohngebiet liegt, wo es keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein wenn man in die Altstadt möchte; mehr als 140 Treppenstufen müssen bewältigt werden.

Werter Gast, offenbar haben Sie die Hinweise in der digitalen Gästemappe nicht gelesen, denn dort ist der Hinweis hinterlegt, dass Sie einen Fahrstuhl nutzen können. Die Angabe mit 140 Stufen ist nicht korrekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Ein Parkplatz kann kostenpflichtig dazugebucht werden und befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus. Auch das ist in der digitalen Gästemappe beschrieben.
