The villa is equipped with a tiled stove and central heating. Garden furniture, umbrellas, charcoal grills, and more are available for your free use. Nevertheless, the villa is centrally located just a 5-minute walk from city centre. Direct access to 120 km of cross-country ski trails and just 5 minutes from the swimming lake (Bichlbach Sports and Recreation Centre), as well as a climbing garden, ski lift, and ski school meeting point.

For cosy evenings, the holiday home is equipped with a tiled stove and a television.
The large balcony offers fresh air and relaxation right outside your door. The well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and oven for cooking, and a dishwasher.
