Cosy holiday rental right on the dike—just a 1-minute walk to the beach

This lovingly furnished, non-smoking holiday rental on the upper floor offers ideal comfort for up to 2 people in approximately 48 m². The apartment is located right next to the dike and boasts an excellent location—the beach is just a one-minute walk away!

The bright, open living area features a cosy sitting area, a dining area, and a modern kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunny days and relaxing evenings.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (two 90x200 cm mattresses), a closet, and a TV.

A storage room in the adjacent building is available for bicycles and other items.
A linens package (bed linens & towels) can be booked for an additional fee. You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry room (also for an additional fee).

Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Die Agentur Kohlert ist sehr zu empfehlen auf grund unserer eigenen 3maligen gemachten Erfahrungen. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist vor dem Deich. Mit eigenen Parkplätzen für jede Wohnung mit Nr. der Wohnung bezeichnet. Keine Falschparker. Der Weg vom Haus bis zum Strand und Seebrücke ist nur ca. 150 mtr. Z.Zt. wird der Strand noch verlängert. Es gibt genügend Essgelegenheiten , Kaffe's, Geschäfte und Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles OK. Von uns aus ist nichts zu Beanstanden. Großes Waldgebiet zum wandern !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage top und wir haben sie in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Für 2 Personen super, Schlafcouch für weitere erwachsene Personen müsste bequemer sein. Bei der Agentur Kohlert fühlen wir uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir werden sie gerne wieder buchen.
