Welcome to the charming “Seemöwe 5” holiday rental—your cosy retreat spanning approximately 35 m², spread over two lovingly furnished floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, invites you to cook together and wind down the day with a relaxing meal. The en suite bathroom is also located on this level and features a modern shower stall, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

A staircase leads you to the cosy living and sleeping area on the upper floor. Here you’ll find a cosy sitting area, a comfortable double bed (two mattresses, each 80x200 cm), a spacious closet, and a TV for relaxing evenings.

The southwest-facing terrace invites you to enjoy sunny hours and balmy evenings. You also have access to the shared courtyard with a grill area and a beach chair—perfect for socialising under the open sky.

For your convenience, you can optionally book a laundry package. Alternatively, a washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
