Die Wohnung und die Besitzer sind toll. Die Agentur Kohlert ist unterkühlt, Kommunikation mangelhaft. Die Reinigung der Wohnung durch die Servicefirma katastrophal. Dicke Staubschicht und Müll unter dem Sofa. Staub in den Regalen. Der Besen zur Reinigung ist so dreckig und voller Haare aller Gäste von 2025. Wirklich ekelhaft.
