A semi-detached home with a patio and garden for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Kellenhusen. The 78-square-meter semi-detached home spans two levels and offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The modern apartment features a living room with a couch, TV, and radio, as well as a spacious kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor with a small washing machine (3 kg). The three bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a closet and a double bed (2 mattresses, each 1.00 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has a double bed (two mattresses, each 0.80 x 2.00 m), and for our youngest guests, there is a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair. Another bedroom is furnished with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). All bedrooms have carpeted floors. The spacious shower room with a walk-in shower has everything you need. The sunny terrace with an awning is located right off the living room and faces a beautiful southwest orientation. The adjoining garden is completely fenced in and is available for your use. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. The house is in a quiet location, yet everything is within walking distance. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the beautiful beach and about 9 minutes to reach the lovely recreational forest. There is a storage area for your bicycles in the garden shed. A parking space is available in front of the house.
