The cozy and rustic Villa gli Olivi Country House is located in a sunny, quiet and rural area in the village of Aramo, surrounded by a garden, olive groves and orchards. The mountain view vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven and dishwasher), 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include an open fireplace, a TV, a washing machine.
Sunbathe in the private garden on your partially covered patio with umbrella, tables and chairs, or enjoy freshly prepared meals from the grill with loved ones. Relax from the stress of everyday life while looking at the mountains and the valley.
The cottage is located just outside the characteristic medieval village of Aramo, only 3 km from the center of San Quirico and 8 km from the town of Pescia. There you will also find a good selection of restaurants, stores, bars and cafes, as well as several supermarkets (15 minutes by car). The house is accessed via a public gravel road which is about 500-600 m from the asphalt road. The nearest interesting cities are Florence (70 km), Lucca (28 km), Pisa (55 km) and Montecatini Terme (18 km).
Parking is available on the property.During the summer period (May-September) gas, electricity and water are included in the price. During the rest of the year heating (GAS) is available for a fee. Wi-Fi (free) is available but outside the house and facing the town where there is an antenna providing the service. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
