This property was 90% renovated in 2025 with a new modern look giving it bigger windows, architectural detail, a high-end European kitchen and privacy on 36 acres with private trails to explore by foot or mountain bike. There are four bedrooms (King with ensuite bathroom, 2 Queen rooms with a shared bathroom, and 2 Twins with ensuite bathroom) and extra space available. The building has heat, AC, internet, a hot tub and EV charger. This house is on a quarter mile private driveway off one of the most iconic roads in New Paltz, proximate to the Mohonk Preserve yet only about 2 miles from the village.

This property has never been rented out before, and we are new to listing a short term rental. Come check us out. It's a really special property!
