Nice one bedroom apartment (45 sqm) located in Siviez in the heart of the famous skiing area '4 Vallées'. Siviez is the center of the Quarte Vallee. In short walking distance (200m) you have three lifts bringing you to either Nendaz, Verbier/Mont Fort or Vesonnaz/Thyon 2000. You can ski directly to the house.

The apartment is in the third floor (elevator). Internal description: entrance with wardrobe, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath(c/w shower mixer), toilet and basin, open Kitchen with oven, electric stove / dish washer, living/dining area with dining table, large sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, TV, 43 zoll south facing balcony accessible from living room and bedroom. You can look your skis in a ski room. The apartment has floor heating and was rennovated in 2022.

Nice apartment

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment was nice and spacious, a 2-3 min walk from the ski lifts. The storage for the ski equipment is well organized.

Our top experience here was the beautiful view of sunset and Alpenglow over the mountains from comfortable chairs in the living room which felt like we were sitting in a primo apres spot! Having a kitchen and living room made it feel like a home instead of just a hotel room and the decorating was charming. Other pros: very convenient for a ski day. In the morning, wear your shoes down to the lobby, put your boots on and leave your shoes under the bench, pick up your skis and poles in the ski room next to the door, then walk a few hundred yards to the lift ticket office, wc, and choice of three lifts that opened at 8:45. At the end of the day, take the Combatseline chair lift up and ski down almost to the base, then veer off over a small bridge to the apartment building. Climb one set of stairs to the entry level, put skis and poles back in the ski room locker, go in the lobby and take off boots, put shoes on, the take elevator to the room, leave boots outside apartment door in locked box. This worked wonderfully for a couple who starts together but wants to quit skiing at different times. We felt Siviez was the best location in Four Valleys due to central location and higher elevation . There is a friendly and good burger/pizza restaurant right in the building and a grocery store, Volg Nendaz, about 10 minutes back down the hill. The provided hair dryer was excellent. Cons: no wifi, my T-mobile hot spot worked ok but was noticeably slower. Doesn’t include bedding/towells

Appartement très bien situé à moins de 300 mètres des remontées mécaniques. Belle vue du balcon. Petit bémol sur le hameau Siviez : il n'y a pas de commerces alimentaires. Pour faire les courses, il faut obligatoirement se rendre sur Nendaz.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die direkte Lage im Skigebiet sehr genossen. Die Wohnung reicht für 4 Personen aus. Ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer zwei Wand-Klappbetten im Eingang ein Sofa im Esszimmer. Das Skigebiet hat sehr viele Variantenabfahrten für Experten.

Super Lage für Pistenfans

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung, nahe an Piste, gut eingerichtet.Zuerst muss man sagen, dass Siviez DIE Toplage in den 4Vallées ist! Alle Teilgebiete sind ab hier schnell erreichbar, drei sehr attraktive Lifte sind direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir waren 6 Personen (Eltern und 4 Kinder zwischen 9 und 14). Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es eine kleine Wohnung für 6 Personen ist. Aber sie ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und dank Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Bettsofa, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und viel Stauraum sowie geräumigem Gang mit Doppelbett ein kleines Raumwunder. Toller grosser Balkon mit Sicht in die Berge. Der grosse (Ski)Schuhschrank draussen im Flur hilft, in der Wohnung Ordnung zu halten. Einzig der Schrank für die Skis war viel zu klein für uns.Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet mit Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und einer tollen Spülmaschine. Sogar Fondue und Racletteofen ist vorhanden. Wie in jeder Ferienwohnung lohnt es sich, eigene Küchenmesser mitzubringen. Die Spülmaschine hatte Tabs, die Kaffeemaschine Filter, auch zwei Klopapierrollen, zwei Lappen, Abwaschseife und einen Pfandsack fanden wir vor. Wir haben zu Beginn in Nendaz eingekauft. Da wir in der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Minimarket in Siviez gut bestückt (täglich frisches Brot, einige Früchte und Gemüse, Milchprodukte, Teigwaren, Reis und Dosen sowie Snacks und Getränke). Hier konnten wir wunderbar ergänzen, was uns fehlte.Alles in allem: Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder!

Komfortabel und gemütlich mit Bergblick.

Sehr gut eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mit viel Stauraum für Kleidung und bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Durch die Südlage ist es bei Sonne schnell warm und durch die Fußbodenheizung im Wohnzimmer immer angenehm.Wir fanden die abschließbaren Schuhboxen und Abtropfschalen für Schuhe vor der Wohnung ausgesprochen praktisch.Dass die Skiabfahrt von beiden Seiten bis zum Gebäude möglich ist, war für uns auch ein Vorteil. Und der zur Wohnung zugehörige Parkplatz war ebenfalls ein Plus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grossartige Lage mit allem, was man braucht

Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gehen auch auf Extrawünsche ein! Wohnung ist grossartig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Racletteofen und ein Fondue Caquelon sind vorhanden. Skipisten und Schneeschuhwanderwege sind in nächster Umgebung. Privater Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Konfortabel and Nah an der Piste

Plenty of room for us. Kitchen and bathroom functional, 1980's style. Loved a warm bath after skiing. The master bed is so constructed that the mattresses are not held together, but rather slide away from each other. The fireplace is decommissioned and could use a better seal to keep the cold air from descending into the living room. Luckily, an electric space heater was available to keep things warm. Plenty of storage and hooks for hanging ski clothes. Lovely view out the balcony. It is possible to ski back to the apartment by going shortly off-piste. Very modern and quick elevator. A rental spot in the underground garage, if possible, would be a nice addition. Owners and local managers were polite and responsive.

Ideal für Skifans, welche direkt an der Skipiste eine ruhige Unterkunft wünschen. Die Wohnung ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet. Leider kann das Cheminée nicht benutzt weden.

Appartement vieillot mais fonctionnel

Appartement un peu vieillot mais fonctionnel. Il faudrait changer le double vitrage car trop vieux que pour bloquer le froid. La doc et les matériaux datent mais tout fonctionne Pas de wi-fi Situé à +/_150 à pied des remontées ( peu gênant) Ok pour 4 personnes ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais pas pour 4 adultes ou pour 6 personnes (logement trop petit).

Ski run to the building

Perfect apartment for big family. There is everything you need for a week. Helpful owner. This is best location in this ski resort, shortest and fastest way to best slopes. I would definitely recomend.

Goed verblijf, magere ontvangst

Redelijk ruime woning voor 4 personen; wij waren met zijn zessen en dat ging ook prima. Woonkamer is okay, slaapbank was wat minder goed; badkamer is gedateerd; keuken etc prima in orde. Als startpunt voor skitochten prima voor ons, als redelijk ervaren skiers. Maar pas op als je niet zo bedreven bent: er zijn veel behoorlijk pittige afdalingen als je terug wilt komen uit de omgeving van Verbier. Officieel zijn het geen pistes maar free-style skigebieden. De andere kant op, richting Veysonaz, is precies andersom: veel eenvoudige pistes met sleep en ankerliftjes.

Appartement direct aan de piste of wandelpad. Wel oude inrichting en badkamer is sterk verouderd. Douchen in bad en douchekop zelf vasthouden?! Bij stapelbed in de gang duidelijk aangeven dat dit voor kids to 14 jaar geschikt is.

Wegen dem Dorf darf man nicht gehen. Es hat praktisch nichts ausser den Ferienwohnungen.

Optimale Lage zu den Liften. Alte Wohnung. Relativ geräumig. Es funktionierte alles, ausser der Dampfabzug. Im Wohnzimmer äusserte kalt ohne den Elektroofen. Leider war in dieser Woche der Lift defekt.

Very cosy appartment with good location and well equipped kitchen

Although the weather was dark and very snowy and many pistes were closed down for some days, we spent a wonderful week with good snow. Location is perfect for skiing in Verbier or Veysonnaz or Nendaz. Good bed, good kitchen, nice livingroom. We would recommend it to our friends. Ski area is fantastic. We went off several beautiful free tracks on our last day, when it was sunny!

Sehr gute Lage und Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht

Alles in Ordnung, nur sollte man darauf hinweisen, dass man auch grundlegende Dinge wie Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier mitbringen sollte. Die Matratzen sind erfreulicherweise sehr gut gewesen, was leider sehr oft nicht der Fall ist.

eine der besten Wohnungen in Siviez

Wir kennen in Siviez und Nendaz einige Wohnungen - auch im gleichen Haus mit gleichem Grundriss. Das war klar die beste. Gut im Schuss und alles da, was es braucht. Für all jene, die im Winter Wert auf erstklassiges Ski fahren legen, kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Auch unsere Kinder (9 & 11) haben gerne dort gewohnt.

Lage gut, Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig

Vorteile: Kurze Wege zu den Skiliften, Abfahrt z.T. bis zum Haus möglich, Brötchenbestellung im Restaurant möglich; gut eingerichtete Küche, gute Lampen Nachteile: Wohnung zentral beheizt, da nicht regulierbar Schlafzimmer und Flur zu warm, Wohnzimmer z.T. zu kühl; Balkon von Agentur (auch nach Reklamation) nicht gereinigt und daher nicht zu benutzen; Vermieterin zeigte sich im Nachhinein jedoch kulant; Wohnung sollte renoviert werden (z.B. Sitzkissen, Tische)

Zur Bewertung unseres Gastes möchte ich kurz Stellung nehmen. Natürlich ist es unser Anliegen, dass sich unsere Gäste in unserer Ferienwohnung wohlfühlen. Aus diesem Grund investieren wir regelmäßig in die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Die Anregungen unseres Gastes nehmen wir uns daher sehr zu Herzen und werden die vorhandenen Sitzkissen in diesem Sommer austauschen. Wir werden ebenfalls prüfen, ob die Tischplatte unseres massiven Holztisches abgeschliffen werden kann, um die vorhandenen leichten Gebrauchsspuren zu beseitigen. Die Renovierung der Balkonanlagen ist durch die Eigentümergemeinschaft bereits geplant und wird im Sommer 2015 durchgeführt. Durch die extremen Witterungsbedingungen ist die Balkondecke angegriffen, was dazu führt, dass sich sehr schnell ein feiner Staub auf dem Boden absetzt. Grundsätzlich wird unser Balkon regelmäßig gereinigt und kann durchausgenutzt werden. Im April 2014 haben wir 2 neue Balkonstühle angeschafft, um komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten bereitzustellen.

Schöne Wohnung, Anschluss an ein tolles Skigebiet

Lage und Ausstattung entsprachen den Angaben, die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung, was Geschirr usw betrifft, gut. Empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil für Skifahrer, die gerne verschiedene Gebiete und zahlreiche Pisten erkunden wollen. 2 Restaurants direkt unten im Haus.
