This was an absolute gem of a place . Great location including water front access across the street . Nice , sunny deck and very friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!

This apartment is in a wonderful location — just down the road from a lovely beach and lobster shack, and on a quiet, scenic road. We loved sitting in the lawn chairs overlooking the water and watching the terns, loons, eagles, seals, and other wildlife over our morning coffee.The host was very responsive via text, the apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was sufficient for making breakfasts and lunches for two people. We went out for dinner each night, but it might have been challenging to prepare and clean up larger or more complicated meals, as some of the workspaces in the kitchen (dishwasher, counter space, etc.) have limited headroom due to the sloping roofline. This could also be a challenge in the sleeping areas for taller folks.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the water. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is a very open space with the loft bedroom being open to the main room. If you have someone on the couch bed and someone in the loft there is not a lot of privacy. It was a good jumping off point for Acadia and seeing some local small towns. We actually enjoyed that our teenage kids were not behind doors while we were there but had to interact with us!
