This lovingly furnished holiday rental is located on the quiet outskirts of Beltheim in a residential area. It offers the perfect blend of tranquility and proximity to many recreational activities (an information folder with tips on recreational activities is provided).
Spanning approximately 50 m², this oasis of comfort invites you to relax and accommodates up to 4 people (5th and 6th guests upon request).
The apartment, which is attached to a single-family home, has a separate entrance and is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted outdoors). A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
A lovely children’s playground and a football field with permanent goals are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Children up to age 14 pay only €5.00 per night.

Due to the significant additional effort required to clean the holiday rental in compliance with the special cleaning and hygiene regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the corresponding ordinances and conditions, a surcharge to cover these increased costs and labour is currently included in the rental price.



Apartment, shower, toilet, like-new condition:

This bright, welcoming, and modernly furnished duplex apartment leaves nothing to be desired. If you enjoy cooking, it’s a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. From the 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, and dishwasher to the coffee maker and a separate freezer, everything is provided to prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch, or enchanting dinner in the open-concept living-dining area.
After an eventful day filled with new experiences, you can relax on the cosy corner sofa with an ottoman while enjoying a good novel or a great film (satellite TV and DVD player). You’re also welcome to share your experiences with friends online.
You’ll enjoy peaceful nights in the spacious double bedroom or the cosy loft bedroom, which is furnished with a 1.40 m bed and accessible via a space-saving staircase. After your morning routine in the beautiful shower room, you’ll start the day feeling fresh and energised.



On-site fees: Pets are not allowed!Included: Bedding (beds are made upon arrival), bath and hand towels, tea towels, additional blankets and pillows upon request. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, etc.) can be provided upon request.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
