Beautiful property. Cozy and artfully decorated with lots of thoughtful details. Bed was super comfortable. The back patio is beautiful and we spent so much time just sitting out there listening to the sounds of the forest. Hose was kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean with all the needed essentials available. The only issue we had was dealing with the steep driveway and having to park at an angle inside the garage to fit. Other than that, everything was great.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay in NWA. It had everything we needed, especially the space that a hotel room just doesn't provide. It is a comfortable place off the beaten path. I don't think I would recommend coming in icy weather as the steep drive through the woods could get dangerous and the very steep driveway would be out of the question. But in June it is beautiful!!Aside from the driveway, the only other thing to note is the house felt damp. It was a stormy weekend when we stayed, but the beds, floors and countertops always felt just slightly damp. And the wash cloths and towels never fully dried out. It is interesting, it might be due to all the trees. But it wouldn't stop us from staying here again. The host was very helpful too, that's always a plus!!
